PointPark Properties (P3), the international developer and asset manager of modern logistics parks, announced that the company PST CLC, a provider of complex logistical services and market leader in customs services, has signed a commercial lease agreement for warehousing facilities and offices in PointPark Prague D1, with an area totaling 13,326 m2. Following this transaction, P3 logistics park D1 only has to lease its last warehousing unit, 5,300 m2 in size to be fully let.
For two decades, the company PST CLC has provided complex, top-level services in the area of logistics, expedition and customs services. "We endeavor to fully orient ourselves to the satisfaction of current and future needs of our customers, to improve the quality of our work and to expand our portfolio of services. We always provide services based on thorough knowledge of the needs of the specific client, so that we can provide the maximum measure of satisfaction," explains Miroslav Bradna, General Director of PST CLC.
"We opted for the location of the P3 logistics park on the D1 Motorway having taken into account the demands of our important client, a leading world producer and supplier in the automobile industry, with which we have concluded a long-term cooperation agreement. I believe that our cooperation with P3 will last just as long, if not longer," adds Miroslav Bradna.
